At Techphon, we do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:
Return Period
You have the right to return your product within 30 days of receiving the package.
Return Conditions
- The cost and responsibility for returning the product lie with the customer.
- The customer must create and pay for the return shipping label.
- The product must be unused, free from signs of use, and returned complete in its original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.
- If a product has been opened, it may only be returned if it remains unused and in new condition.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earbuds or headphones if the seal has been broken.
Defective or Damaged Products
- If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Send clear photos and an email description of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
- Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution at no cost, such as a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will process your refund. In most cases, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.
